At Woody Craft USA, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handmade wooden products. Because our items are crafted from natural wood and made with care, we follow a limited return and refund policy to maintain quality and fairness.
Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products and quality control standards, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
Handmade wooden products once delivered
Items showing normal natural wood variations (grain, color, texture)
Items marked as Final Sale
Natural variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted wood and are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused by us.
Woody Craft USA is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers after the package has been shipped.
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
Orders may be canceled only before processing or shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
